Armor turns your church’s sermon into a week of content. Here’s exactly what that involves with your data, in plain English.
What we collect
Your email address (that's how sign-in works, we never see a password because there isn't one), your name if you share it, and your church's basic details: name, address, timezone, and contact info.
The sermon videos your church uploads, the transcripts we generate from them, and the content created from those transcripts: clips, devotionals, recaps, emails, and outreach posts.
Simple engagement your members choose to save, like recap answers and which devotional days they've completed.
How we use it
To run the product: transcribe the sermon, generate the week's content, and show it to the right people. Sermon transcripts are processed by our transcription and writing providers (Groq and Anthropic) solely to produce your church's content.
We don't sell your data, we don't advertise, and we don't train models on your sermons.
Who can see what
Your church's content belongs to your church. Members only see what a pastor has published, and only for churches they've joined. Draft content, the weekly email, and pipeline details are visible to your church's staff only. Enforced in the database itself, not just the interface.
Uploaded sermon video and finished clips are stored at unguessable addresses. Sermons are already publicly preached content; everything else stays inside your church.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting and video storage), Neon (database), and Railway (processing). Sign-in and church emails are delivered by Resend.
Your choices
Staff can delete any sermon. That permanently removes the video, transcript, and everything generated from it. Want your account or your whole church removed? Email us and we'll do it promptly.
